Seneca could soon have a Beautification, Betterment, and Tourism Committee. Mayor Jeff Olson is proposing it. The members’ terms would expire when the mayor’s term ends. That way, when the village elects a new mayor, he or she can replace members to reflect new priorities. The village board talked about it at this past week’s meeting.
