A new status hearing for 37-year old accused murderer Donald Fredres has been set.
He’s being mentally evaluated to see if he is fit to stand trial and evaluated his mental state at the time of the crime.
Fredres is accused of shooting and killing his ex-wife’s parents at their home in Sheridan.
He is also accused of later trying to kill his ex-wife.
Judge H. Chris Ryan set the new date for September 3rd.
