Electronics recycling time slots filling up

By WCMY News Jul 23, 2021 | 5:30 AM

There aren’t many openings left for the LaSalle County electronics recycling dropoff in two weeks. You can go to this link to pick a time left. As of this morning, there were 26 openings, most of them during the final hour of that event on Saturday, August 7.

The LaSalle County Land Use Department uses the schedule to prevent mile-long lines that last for hours. The event is for county residents to get rid of electronic items that can’t be thrown away in the garbage. Up to two televisions will be taken from each person for free.
