Illinois Republicans in the General Assembly say Gov. Pritzker and the Democrats who control the Senate are avoiding their constitutional duty. St. Sen. Win Stoller of Dunlap says members of the Prisoner Review Board haven’t been appointed and approved as required. Instead, they’re appointed and appointed again.
