A jogger learned the hard way Saturday night that traffic barricades aren’t just for cars. He went around the River Rd. barricades where a flash flood washed out a bridge in Seneca last Monday night. And he fell into the chasm where the bridge used to be. Seneca and Marseilles fire fighters helped get him out. Police Chief George Lamboley says the man wasn’t ticketed. It’s estimated the man fell 15 feet.
