Seneca residents who have flood damage at their homes are asked to call Village Hall to report it today or tomorrow. The phone number is 815-357-8883. It’ll be answered from 9am to noon. Damage could be to the home or to major appliances inside it. The village will share the information with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to determine if there may be financial help from the federal government.
