The parking lot for the Target in Peru is getting some remodeling.
Peru Director of Engineering and Zoning Eric Carls says that the city approved a variance ordinance so Target could create an area where customers can pick up what they ordered online.
Certain parking stalls will be created as a designated pickup area.
Carls also says that a new doorway will also be installed in the store.
Target employees would bring the items people ordered online to their car so they wouldn’t have to go inside.
