Streator’s Jammin’ at the Clock is expanding to a ranchero and mariachi music event. Toni Pettit is one of the private organizers. She wanted a live band for the event called Sombreros and Stetsons on Sunday, August 22nd. But the good ones cost more than she has, so she’ll probably hire a DJ instead.
