Ottawa’s summer help is on the job. Some are painting fire hydrants. Others could do landscape work outside city buildings and at the parks. And some early morning, there’ll be bright new lines painted in the crosswalks. Watch out for the traffic cones when it happens. Some of the summer work is done by the regular city employees.
