Illinois Valley Community College’s tentative budget for the coming school year is $34.4 million. It’s up about $2.25 million dollars. The college administrators say $3 million of the spending is because of pandemic related funding coming from the federal government. The college got that much from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund.
