Preston Walter was awarded the Brandon McDonnell Memorial Grand Champion Crop Award at the 4-H Fair Thursday.
Walter along with other 4-Hers won 1st place for knowledge corn and soy beans.
Walter discussed with WCMY that he will also show eggs at the fair.
Parents Bill, Lisa and Brandon’s little brother were also there to present the award.
The award has a clock at the top and came with a cash prize from Syngenta.
