Ottawa’s ban on feather banners downtown continues. The City Council tweaked the ordinance this week though. Mayor Dan Aussem says it wasn’t so clear just what was banned.
The City Council banned feather banners downtown in October 2019. Aussem said then, there’s no room for the tall, narrow advertising banners there except in the city right of way.
