75% of in person classes will be held at Illinois Valley Community College in the fall semester.

IVCC President Jerry Corcoran says because the state is in phase five of Governor Pritzker’s Restore Illinois plan, the university can begin to open up to a more normal school setting.

Corcoran does say that some practices of the pandemic will still remain in place.

He says that daily sanitizing of high-touch areas and temperature monitoring will still happen on campus.

He also says that students who haven’t been fully vaccinated are still expected to wear a mask and socially distance.

All student services on campus will also return.
