A man accused of posting a picture of a partially nude adult woman online has had his bond set at 40,000 dollars.
22-year old Matthew Spayer of Mendota has been accused of unlawful dissemination of sexual content without consent and unauthorized video recording and live video transmission.
He was taken to the Lasalle County Jail on Sunday.
Prosecutors say the victim was identifiable in the picture posted which is why it was reported.
