LaSalle County is down to just 809 known current COVID-19 cases, according to Saturday’s county health department report. There have been 12,823 cases so far and 12,014 recoveries. Saturday’s report showed just four new cases and 35 recoveries. There may be higher numbers reported tomorrow after two days off for Sunday and the Memorial Day holiday. The health department says 307 LaSalle County residents have died of the virus.
