Thirty-seven year old Latrice Wright of Ottawa pleaded guilty Thursday to battery and domestic battery. She admitted stabbing a man in January and cutting the same man with a razor in February while she was out of jail on bail. Judge H. Chris Ryan approved a negotiated sentence of two-and-a-half years on probation. LaSalle County Assistant State’s Attorney Matt Kidder says Wright had no criminal record until the attacks.
