LP won at home over Ottawa 5-3 in girls Soccer.

The Lady Cavalier Danica Scoma earned her first Hat Trick scoring three goals in the victory.

Gabi Krueger scored two goals for the Lady Pirates in the loss.

 

 In baseball

The Ottawa Pirates traveled to Plano and lost a close one to the Reapers 3-2.

Ottawa’s Jace Addis went six innings with three earned runs and six strikeouts in the loss.

 

Streator lost at Manteno 16-1 in four innings.

Pitcher Mason Telford gave the Bulldogs their only hit and run scored.

 

Serena traveled to Somonauk and outscored the Bobcats  5-2.

Conner Holdiman  pitched ten strikeouts with just two hits and no earned runs allowed for the Huskers.

 

The LP Cavaliers dominated on the road over Sandwich 12-1 in five innings.

Jack Scheri and Aidan Van Duzer each blasted home runs for the Cavaliers

 

Earlville traveled to Kirkland and defeated Hiawatha 14-6.

 

Softball

LP won at Plano 12-2 in five innings 

Claire Stillwell struck out 13 batters and Lauren Phillips blasted a home run for the Lady Cavaliers.

 

The Streator Lady Bulldogs lost at Manteno 7-2

 

The Earlville Lady Red Raiders lost on the road to Hiawatha 7-3.

 

The Seneca Track team hosted a six team meet and both the boys and girls teams placed first by defeating Hall, Newark, Washburn, Putnam County and Aurora Christian.
