A new trial has been scheduled for Bradley French.
He has been accused of shooting and killing 38-year old Joshua Scaman of Oglesby with a razor-tipped arrow from a compound bow which happened at Illinois Valley Community College in the parking lot.
French’s attorney said they wanted to change trial dates because they are trying to find more witnesses to the crime.
The new trial date is scheduled for July 26th.
He’s back in court because the Third District Appellate Court ruled that French didn’t get a fair trial.
