Everyone got out of a production facility near Troy Grove when there was a fire yesterday morning. The Mendota and Troy Grove fire departments got help from the LaSalle, Utica, Earlville, Serena, Sublette, Paw Paw, and Cherry fire departments. The Mendota Fire Department says the fire was in a 60-by-60-foot maintenance building. The Illinois State Fire Marshall is looking into how it started.
