There could be cross country teams for Illinois Valley Community College next year. The athletics department is considering creating them by the fall 2022 semester. This is after a survey of 20 high schools in the IVCC district. Eighteen of them have boys cross country and 17 have girls cross country. IVCC would have ten to 20 runners on each team.
