Brad M Johnson today asked and was denied at 90% bond reduction.
Johnson’s bond is set at 500,000 dollars and he wanted it set at 50,000 dollars because a public defender says he can post 5,000 dollars.
The defender didn’t say why Johnson wanted his bond reduced.
Prosecutors brought up multiple events including the high speed police chase that ended west of Ottawa and the attack on the two jailers and a nurse.
The information will be brought to a grand jury on Tuesday.
