Republican businessman Gary Rabine is one of three candidates running to unseat Governor Pritzker.
Rabine says that businesses in Illinois are not staying.
He says in 2019 about 50,000 jobs left the state.
The paving entrepreneur says he started his business right out of high school which he partnered with his dad.
The group went on to serve people around the country.
He claims back when he started his business Illinois was the best place to start and grow a small business.
