Earth Day Cleanup at Illinois-Michigan canal lock

The fifth annual Earth Day Cleanup event hosted by The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is happening this Saturday April 24th.
It starts at 9am and goes until 1.
Those coming in person to do the cleanup should meet at Illinois-Michigan Canal Lock 14 Shelter in the city of Lasalle where the cleanup will take place.
Volunteers are also recommended to wear long pant, long sleeves and bring work gloves.
Anyone who will not be in person can post on social media doing an activity involving cleaning up, beautifying your yard or planting a garden and can put it under the hash tag better plant in all caps.
