The blue faced building at 108 West Madison Street in downtown Ottawa might not be demolished as soon as you’d think.
Godfrey Sub-Trust, the group that owns the building withdrew its request to knock it down.
The Ottawa Historical Preservation Commission says a sale is pending.
If a sale goes through the property will be bought as is.
Godfrey Sub-Trust wanted to knock the blue fronted building down because owner Mike Godfrey it’s too run down to repair.
