An Ottawa man is accused of stealing an elderly person’s identity, opening several credit cards in his or her name. Police say the victim reported the fraud on March 18th. An investigation led to 45-year old Timothy M. Rodrick. He’s charged with aggravated identity theft. Rodrick has been given a notice to go to court on May 6th.
