A Sandwich man is scheduled to be in court this Friday to enter his plea in the murder case against him. A grand jury approved charges this week against 37-year old Donald Fredres. The charges are murder, attempted murder, and aggravated discharge of a firearm. Fredres is accused of shooting his ex-wife’s parents and killing them last month. He’s also accused of trying to kill his ex-wife by shooting out windows at her house the same night.
