Goodwill stores in Illinois north of Interstate 80 are operating under a new retail director. The organization hired Keary Fath for its 18-county northern Illinois area. He has held high up jobs with Camelot Illinois, Mondelez International, Kraft Foods, and Cadbury Adams. Those are for-profit companies. Fath says he’s looking forward to a new challenge in directing things at a not-for-profit operation.
