Sen. Dick Durbin says Democrats all went along with coronavirus relief that Republicans wanted last year. But he says Republicans aren’t going along with relief plans now.
The bill that passed the Senate Saturday is back in the House for a vote today. Durbin says with unemployment insurance about to run out, it’s important to extend benefits. And he says money for schools, hospitals, and vaccination efforts will be well spent.
