The Sandy Ford Bridge east of Leonore will be closed next week. The LaSalle County Highway Department says it’ll be closed day and night from 6am Monday, February 22 through 4pm Friday, February 26. Trees are being removed at or near the bridge site. Drivers who use that part of County Highway 5 will need to find another way next week.
