Another independently run hospital in the region is becoming part of a bigger hospital system. There’s an affiliation agreement between OSF Healthcare and Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton. A joint announcement says OSF will acquire Perry Memorial property from the city of Princeton and the two hospitals will integrate. The announcement says OSF has been a partner with Perry for 50 years. This summer, they’ll become part of the same business operation.
