Ottawa City Hall is offering another round of pandemic relief grants. Economic Development Director Dave Noble says the city itself is deciding who’s eligible. He expects the decisions to be made faster than the state made them in the last big round of grants.
Noble says businesses that didn’t get grants last time have a better chance this time. He expects the city to award the money by mid-January.
