Judge Cynthia Raccuglia will swear in new and returning LaSalle County Board members Monday afternoon. Doug Stockley from the Earlville area and Craig Emmett from a district ranging from Wedron to Stavanger are the new members. The other 13 who will take the oath were reelected, mostly without challengers. The board will choose a vice chairman. It’ll be the first meeting conducted by newly elected Chairman Don Jensen.
