First National Bank of Ottawa will host the downtown Ottawa wifi transmitter. The City Council last night put on file an agreement with the bank. The plan is to get holiday music going on speakers set up in the downtown area for the short term. For the longer term, downtown businesses, vendors at downtown events, and customers in the area will get access to wifi.
