GTI Oglesby needs more electricity than it can get from the city, and City Hall has figured out how to accommodate the company. City Attorney James Andreoni says GTI will pay for upgrades to the city’s electrical system. But since GTI may not be the only one benefiting, GTI won’t necessarily have to pay full price.
In that case, the two will figure out how much each side stands to benefit and pay for the work proportionately.
