Gensini Excavating of Princeton is the winning bidder for a parking lot project at the North Central Area Transit building. Ottawa’s city council is awarding the $542,933.50 contract to the company. City Commissioner Wayne Eichelkraut says the city also got $45,000 in free design work on it from Etscheid, Duttlinger, and Associates. A state grant is paying for the work.
