St. Rep. David Welter of Morris says he has tested positive for COVID-19. The Morris Republican announced Thursday morning he has mild symptoms and went to Morris Hospital to be checked out. He says he’s already begun reaching out to people he’s been in contact with in recent days to let them know. Welter says he takes COVID-19 seriously and will quarantine for 14 days. He says everyone should take it seriously.
