A car came off a car trailer on Interstate 39 near Lostant late last night and a semi-truck hit it. The semi-truck then hit a guardrail, tipped over, and caught fire. Illinois State Police say no one was hurt. But the Interstate’s northbound lanes were closed from about 11:30 last night to 6:25 this morning.
