Parking lot work could be done in the next few months at the NCAT building. North Central Area Transit operates out of a building on Chessie Lane in Ottawa. Ottawa City Commissioner Wayne Eichelkraut says the state is paying for the project, expected to cost around a half million dollars. He says the state awarded the grant around a year ago, but it’s just now ready to put the work out for bids.
