Ottawa’s trick-or-treat hours are different this year. City Commissioner Marla Rodriguez says because Halloween’s on Saturday, the hours will be from 5pm to 7pm instead of 6pm to 8pm.
She says people should remember there’s still a pandemic. People should stay in small household groups and wear breath masks.
And the downtown merchants will have an event in Allen Park from 4:30pm to 7pm that evening.
