The LaSalle County Health Department added 35 coronavirus cases to its count Friday for 1,466 so far. There were nine more recoveries for 890. No new fatal cases were reported, so the figure remains at 54.
The Illinois Department of Public Health says 2,145 more new cases were added to its tally Friday for 257,788 so far. New fatal cases across the state numbered 32 for 8,273 so far.
