A man who lives in the 900 block of E. Main St. in Ottawa is accused of firing a gun outside a home there. Police arrested 22-year old William C. Johnson IV Wednesday night after talking to witnesses who said a man fired several shots. He’s charged with possession of a firearm when his FOID is revoked and reckless discharge of a gun. Bond is set at $40,000.
