LaSalle County plans to offer approximately 245 real estate items and mobile homes to the general public through a sealed bid auction sale on Sep 18. That’s because tax deed proceedings for the properties were delinquent in 2016 and the mobile homes for 2017.
All bids for this sealed auction must be at the LaSalle Treasurer’s Office at 707 E. Etna Road here in Ottawa no later than end of business day September 18. Minimum bid on real estate is $818.00, and on mobile homes $900.00.
