Cheryl M. Hart, 64 of Streator passed away Sunday (August 30, 2020) at Parker Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery Winterrowd Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
