The Illinois Valley Community College Board of Trustees will review three capital improvement projects next month. One is the agricultural center, which has been in the works for a few years. It will involve a new building with a classroom and learning lab.
For another project, Jacobs Library would host a student success center with the student technology help desk, writing center, and peer tutoring center moving out of the Learning Commons. Then the Learning Commons would become home to the Professional Development Center where staff and faculty will be able to train.
