The Illinois Farm Bureau’s Adopt-A-Legislator program has been meeting virtually for the most part during the pandemic. Executive Director Mark Gebhards says the program invites legislators from Chicago and the collar counties to downstate Illinois.

The Adopt-A-Legislator program started in 2001.
