Last Monday’s wind storm caused some damage at Ottawa High School, but students are returning for class this week. Supt. Mike Cushing says a tree service will return on the weekend to deal with big branches still on the OHS lawn.
Cushing told the school board last night the HVAC system for the kitchen blew some $45 fuses because of power problems after the storm. But after replacing the fuses, the system works again.
The school district is preparing for an insurance claim.
