Illinois Valley Community College is open for the start of fall classes today.
Starved Rock Lodge and Conference Center is open. Trails, picnic, and fishing areas at Starved Rock State Park are closed because of storm damage. The campground is open, but people may change reservations.
Matthiessen State Park is fully closed.
Fox River Park in Ottawa is closed until further notice, except for the boat ramp. The riverwalk through the park is closed.
Meals on Wheels is expecting to deliver hot meals again next week. Due to a power outage, it delivered canned meals Wednesday.
