A crane tipped over onto the Feece Oil building on Ottawa’s north side Tuesday. The boom came to rest on the building. No one was hurt.
The Ottawa Fire Department says no crane operator or other personnel were around. But fire fighters cut a mirror off the crane because it was caught in the gas meter next to the building and that was going to be a problem when the crane was removed. The problem didn’t cause a gas leak.
