A charge of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance with a $1 million bond amount was served on an Ottawa woman last night. LaSalle county deputies say 21-year old Claudia D. Smith was named in a warrant. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team says she’s accused of dealing heroin and fentanyl. She was arrested at her home in the 1000 block of Mulberry St. Deputies took her to the county jail.
