Three more coronavirus cases were announced in LaSalle County Tuesday. The LaSalle County Health Department says a man and a woman in their 30s and a boy in his teens bring the total so far to 169. Two more people have recovered, for a total of 102.
The number of people in Illinois who have died of the virus now tops 6,000, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health. Adding 95 cases to that count Tuesday, the total is 6,018. There have been 129,212 cases altogether, including the 797 added Tuesday.
